Healing After Infidelity Starts With Looking Deeper Into Yourself
Integrity Within is an ongoing women’s group for women who have betrayed a partner and are ready to take an honest look at themselves, their choices, and the patterns that brought them here.
Together with other women who understand this experience, you’ll explore who you are beyond the roles, defenses, and expectations that may have shaped your life.
Rooted in the SHEATERS concept, this women’s circle asks a deeper question: Who am I when I stop letting a role define me?
Inside the Women’s Circle, You’ll Explore:

Identity beyond being a wife, mother, partner, or caretaker

Shame, guilt, defensiveness, and accountability

Emotions, unmet needs, and relationship patterns

Values, boundaries, and honest communication

Repair, rebuilding self-trust, and making healthier choices when life gets hard

Understanding your patterns doesn’t excuse your choices. It helps you take responsibility for them, learn from them, and begin making different ones.

Integrity Within is built around four core themes that guide the conversations, reflection, and growth inside the circle. These themes are revisited over time, allowing you to go deeper as you learn more about yourself and begin putting what you’re learning into practice.
There is no perfect place to begin. You can join the circle wherever you are in your journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A Place for Honesty, Support & Growth.
Each 90-minute women’s circle gives you a private, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and do the deeper work alongside other women who understand this journey.
Each gathering includes guided discussion, SHEATERS-based teaching, personal reflection, optional sharing, and something practical you can take with you and work on between sessions. Spiritual reflection may also be included, but is always optional and welcoming of women with different beliefs.

When you join Integrity Within, you’ll receive the Integrity Within Course Workbook to use alongside the ongoing Women’s Circle.
The workbook follows the same core themes explored within the group, giving you space for deeper reflection, personal exercises, and continued work between meetings.
You can join the ongoing circle at any time. You do not need to wait for a new group or for the journey to “start over.”
Questions women often ask
Do I Have To Share The Details Of My Betrayal? No. You choose what to share. The circle focuses on reflection, responsibility and present choices; graphic details and other people’s identifying information are not needed.
What if I Join Partway Through The Year? The circle is ongoing. You can begin with the current theme after an orientation to the group agreements and return to earlier themes as the cycle repeats.
Is The Group Confidential? Members agree to protect one another’s stories and avoid recording or sharing identifying details. Because a group depends on every member’s conduct, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Is This Therapy Or A Disclosure Program? No. Integrity Within is coaching and community reflection. If you need trauma treatment, crisis support or a formal disclosure process, those needs deserve appropriate individual support.
Is There A Self-Guided Option If I’m Not Ready To Join The Women’s Circle? Yes! A self-guided version of Integrity Within is coming soon for women who want to begin the journey on their own and move through the work at their own pace before joining the ongoing Women’s Circle.
